Also, the tapes are resistant and it is hard to break them.

    (1) Code 191049
Tape designed to check what individual units have been exposed to Ethylene Oxide (EO) sterilisation. Also, it is used to distinguish between sterilised and no sterilised units during their storage. The word GAS in brown changes its colour into green after the EO sterilisation, by the following specifications: Exposition to 600 mg/l EO and 60% of rel. humidity (RH) for minimum 20 min. at 54 °C.
Exposition to 600 mg/l EO and 60% of rel. humidity (RH) for minimum 25 min. at 37 °C.
    Overall thickness: 0,11 +/- 0,01 mm
    Adhesion: 4-5 N/cm
    MD Elongation at break: 7%
This reference meets the requirements of ISO 11140-1:2005 for class 1 process indicators for steam sterilization.

    (2) Code 191051

Tape designed to use with individual units, to check if the units have been exposed to dry heat/ poupinel sterilisation, and to distinguish between sterilised units and no sterilised units during their storage. It must not be used in wet processes. Signals in V shape convert themselves from light green into intense green when it has been sterilised according to the following specifications:

Exposition in dry air at 160 °C or more for minimum 30 minutes.
    Total thickness: 150 μm
    Iron adhesion: 4-5 N/cm
    MD Stretching to break: 10%

    (3) Code 191052

Tape made of paper saturated with natural rubber and resin dry adhesive. Designed to be used with individual units to show that they have been exposed to autoclave sterilisation and to differentiate between sterilised and non-sterilised units. Packaged in a single pouch with printed pouch and batch. Not to be used in any process other than autoclaving. The light green printed stripes become medium/dark green when the tape has already been sterilised according to the following conditions:

    Exposition at 121 °C for 10 min.
    Exposition at 134 °C for 2 min.
    Total thickness: 0.120 mm
    Iron adhesion: 6.5N/25mm MD
    Stretching to break: 4.5%
This code meets the requirements of ISO 11140-1:2015, Type 1e1.
