Thermo Scientific HyperSep microscale solid phase extraction (MSPE) Tips and SpinTips were designed to solve the difficulties of performing SPE sample preparation on small-volume samples. Using a patented design, these Tips and SpinTips are available with a variety of SPE resins to satisfy a wide range of low-sample-volume applications. Use these tips for chromatography, mass spectrometry, desalting, protein purification, and electrophoresis.

HyperSep SpinTip for Solid Phase Extraction
Thermo Scientific HyperSep SpinTips are another ideal option for perform SPE sample preparation on low-volume samples. SPE materials reside in the pipette tip, which has a fine slit at the bottom (slit width 1-2 µm) to permit liquid to pass through while the chromatographic material (20-30 µm) remains in the tip. This also eliminates the need for a filter and thus reduces dead volume.
