Dear Friends,

Bio Lab is 10

November 2004 marks a significant milestone in the history of Bio Laboratories. We are 10. As I reflect on

the ups and downs experienced over the last 10 years, I cannot but feel humbled by both the support and

faith that all of you have in us.

No one would have envisaged that Bio Laboratories would turn into what it is today. We are now

acknowledged as a leading distributor in Singapore providing customers with innovative value-added

products and quality services.

Bio Laboratories has grown from strength to strength. This is largely due to the dedicated efforts of our

staff, the support of our business partners, and the trust of our customers. I would like to take this

opportunity to offer my deep gratitude and sincere appreciation to all of you. Thank you.

Our 10th Anniversary Event at the Ritz Carlton Hotel has indeed been a very rewarding experience for us
